Shipping Policy
Shipping and handling charges are displayed at checkout. Customers are fully informed of these charges before finalizing payment.
Estimated delivery times vary by state. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen weather conditions.
During mega sale events, dispatch may be extended up to 7 days due to high order volumes. We prioritize quality checks for every outgoing ritual.
Split shipments are possible if items are sourced from different warehouse locations. You only pay the shipping/COD charge (if applicable) once, on the first package received.
Delivery Policy
Pristine Packaging
We take extensive precautions. Each botanical product is individually wrapped in protective bubble wrap, and fragile items like glass bottles are secured within reinforced boxes.
Tamper-Proof Guarantee
If the shipment is tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it. Report any issues to our customer service team within 24 hours of the delivery attempt.
Delivery Issues
If an order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 24 hours. We require 48-72 hours to investigate with our courier partners.
Post-Delivery
Amraa Beauty is not responsible for damages or misplacement of products once the delivery has been successfully completed and accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
If you cancel an order before dispatch, any redeemed loyalty points will be credited back to your account.
Discount vouchers are for one-time use and are treated as used even if you cancel the order.
Refunds for prepayments of cancelled orders will be initiated post-verification and will reflect in your account within 7-10 business days.
